Water bill jumped by almost sixty bucks in a single month. Pretty sure it was a slab leak. Team came out, ran their leak detection equipment, and pinpointed it under the slab near the kitchen wall. Walked me through the two options, doing a spot repair through the slab versus rerouting the line through the attic, and explained the cost difference for both without trying to push me toward the more expensive one. We went with the reroute. Job took a day and a half. Water bill dropped right back to normal the next month and that’s why I’m writing this review, great work!

Super Strategic About Accessing the Pipe Feb 18, 2026

I noticed the floor was weirdly warm near the bathroom and realized we had a hot water leak under the slab. I was expecting a massive headache and a week of jackhammers, but the plumber who came out was super strategic about how he accessed the pipe. He managed to swap out the copper section with minimal damage to the actual flooring. It’s a relief to find someone who actually thinks through the repair instead of just smashing everything in sight to get to the leak.

We had a sewage smell in the backyard that we ignored way too long. By the time we called Plumbing Dudes, there was an actual wet spot in the grass. They camera scoped it, found a collapsed section about 20 feet from the house, and gave us a written estimate within an hour. The whole replacement took a day and a half. Two guys, both polite, both clearly knew what they were doing. They even reseeded the grass over where they had to dig. No more smell, no more wet spot, no regrets.

The laundry was backing up into the garage every time we ran a full load. Tried a couple over-the-counter products and a basic snake job from another company before someone told me to just call Plumbing Dudes. They ran a camera first, which I appreciated because I didn't want to pay for something that wasn't going to work. He found a serious lint and soap buildup deep in the line. Hydrojetted it that same visit. The garage has been dry through about fifty loads of laundry since. Very fair price for the work.

The sewer under our driveway to the city hookup was damaged and root infested. Plumbing Dudes came out to water jet the roots, but video showed that some of the sewer had collapsed. We decided to replace the old sewer with a new one using the trenchless method. The team was super professional. A job that was supposed to take three days only took two and the finished results were excellent and the price was reasonable. The concrete patch they did on my driveway did a perfect match for texture and the seam is almost invisible. You expect a plumber to know plumbing, but the concrete work was a major added bonus.

Not sure why I haven't left a review before as I always use Plumbing Dudes for all my plumbing needs. I have a rental condo and the water heater needed replacing. After calling, Plumbing Dudes was able to get someone on site in 20 minutes. The water heater was replaced about 3 hours later. Needless to say, my renters were very impressed. We kept getting low water pressure in our upstairs bathroom, and it was getting worse over time. I got tired of it, and lol fam told me to stop messing with it and just call someone. Arman came out the next day and figured out pretty quickly that the shut-off valve under the sink was partially closed and the aerator was completely clogged with buildup. He cleaned everything out, checked the pressure at a few other fixtures while he was here, and had it all running perfect in under an hour. Both sides of our kitchen sink in our Northridge house had been draining slower and slower to the point where we were standing there waiting five minutes for the water to go down after doing dishes. We tried the store-bought stuff and it barely made a difference. Called these guys and the plumber came out the same week. He snaked both lines and said there was a ton of grease and buildup packed in there that had been collecting for a long time. Once he cleared it out the water just flew down the drain like it was brand new. He also told us to run hot water for a minute after using the disposal to keep things from building up again, which was a good tip nobody ever told us before. Really happy with how it turned out and glad we finally have a kitchen drain that actually works. If you're in Northridge and need your drains cleaned these are the people to call.

Kitchen sink decided to totally stop draining right in the middle of meal prepping for the week, and it was literally the grossest thing ever. I called around Encino, and luckily Arman was able to swing by and handle the snaking before the smell got way too weird. He found a massive clump of hair and grease that was blocking everything up and had it cleared out in like twenty minutes tops. Now everything is flowing perfectly, and I can finally finish my dishes without the water backing up into the basin.

The sump pump in our backyard stopped working late in the day on Saturday, so I needed a plumber in Sherman Oaks FAST. This team was one of the first to respond and was at my house early the next morning. We had plans for a backyard gathering, so time was of the essence! So I went like crazy making calls trying to find people, so I Plumbing Dudes. I had an issue with my water heater. I didn't have hot water for a few days, so the crew came to my place and checked everything out, and he changed my water heater because the one that I got was already done. But before all that, he actually checked all the sources to see if he could make it work, but it's all from my old water heater, so he got me a brand new one. He got it installed the same day, just a few hours he took, and now we're back to having nice hot water. Arman is a very efficient guy, very organized, and the most important part, very professional. Thanks Again!! We had an issue with our main sewer line so we contacted them and they scheduled us ASAP! They arrived as scheduled and assessed the issue with a camera inspection and recommending Hydro Jetting. I was able to see the before and after results on their video screen, and what a difference!
