I usually expect a bit of a runaround when calling for a plumber, but the person I reached on the phone was actually very straightforward and easy to deal with. I explained that my kitchen sink was acting up, and she didn't try to give me a vague four-hour window or put me on hold forever. She managed to coordinate a tech to come out the same day, which was a huge help since I had a house full of people coming over later. It is nice to deal with a front office that stays organized and follows through on the timing they promised.

Great Customer Service and Problem Solving
I called Plumbing Dudes a few weeks ago when I got in over my head with a faucet replacement. Justin arrived and had the faucet installed in no time at all. Since the service was excellent and the price fair, I called again this week.
This time it was a hodgepodge of projects - toilet issues, a tub/shower installation and a sink situation. Justin was back along with Sal and once again they were efficient, professional and friendly. Great customer service and good problem solving. I would highly recommend!

Very Trustworthy Plumbers
Over the past several years, LA Plumbing Dudes have been my go-to for all plumbing issues. I think he has done like over 10 jobs at my house: installing toilets, water heater maintenance and installation, food disposal install, etc. I've had to deal with other plumbers for my rental property elsewhere, so I know a good plumber when I see one. Arman and his men are VERY trustworthy. If you get quotes through Yelp, they may not be the cheapest, but they are worth every $. They do good work and provide good customer support.
