I usually expect a bit of a runaround when calling for a plumber, but the person I reached on the phone was actually very straightforward and easy to deal with. I explained that my kitchen sink was acting up, and she didn't try to give me a vague four-hour window or put me on hold forever. She managed to coordinate a tech to come out the same day, which was a huge help since I had a house full of people coming over later. It is nice to deal with a front office that stays organized and follows through on the timing they promised.

I called Plumbing Dudes a few weeks ago when I got in over my head with a faucet replacement. Justin arrived and had the faucet installed in no time at all. Since the service was excellent and the price fair, I called again this week. This time it was a hodgepodge of projects - toilet issues, a tub/shower installation and a sink situation. Justin was back along with Sal and once again they were efficient, professional and friendly. Great customer service and good problem solving. I would highly recommend!

I’ve used Plumbing Dudes for 4 years for an apartment building, 2 duplexes, and also for my personal home. It’s never good when you have to call a plumber, but Plumbing Dudes makes it as painless as possible. There is always someone available to take my call and schedule me quickly. I’m always informed of the time frame and given an estimate when it’s work that I’m not familiar with. Arman, the owner, always makes certain that I fully understand the scope and provides alternatives whenever possible. The cost is reasonable. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. When dealing with multiple tenants, it’s important for me to have someone reliable, honest, and immediate. That’s Plumbing Dudes for me. They have done the following services for me: apartment building waste line repair, water heater replacement, plumbing fixture replacement, update supply lines with new shut off valves, clear/unclog waste lines, and tankless water heater maintenance. Plumbing Dudes did a full re-pipe of my house, installed a tankless water heater, and put in three new toilets—all without a hitch. They’re extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and very clean with their work, which made a huge difference throughout the whole project. What really stood out to me was Arman’s dedication. I had an issue with knocking in the pipes, and he didn’t just brush it off—he kept coming back, troubleshooting it through trial and error, until he figured it out. That kind of post-install support is rare and something I really appreciated. I continue to have him out yearly to help maintain my plumbing, and there’s no question I’ll be using Plumbing Dudes again for any future work. Excellent service—highly recommended.

We needed a plumber to fix a few issues including: a leaky and rusted kitchen faucet (that had come off its base); a leaky bathroom sink that also did not drain properly; a poorly flushing toilet; and a shower bathtub that didn't retain water for a bath. From the first call to the Plumbing Dudes, we felt like we were in professional, respectful hands. Spoke with Armen on a Monday morning, and he was able to send a tech to us later that afternoon. Jimmy arrived on time (even a few minutes early!) and gave us a thorough estimate and timeline for the work to be done. He returned, as scheduled, a couple of days later and did great work with a great attitude and excellent, friendly communication skills. He said if anything wasn't quite working right over the next few days once we got to use the sinks again (i.e., if a sneaky leak returned) to give them a call back so they could reassess. We called them a few days later about something that needed to be reassessed, and Anna, who manages the calls, was outstanding and awesome. She listened, she offered solutions, and she immediately got back to us with a very accurate ETA for the tech who needed to come back. Saul arrived on time, reassessed the issue, and fixed it all very nicely and completely. In summary: kitchen faucet is new and no longer leaking; bathroom sink drains well!!!; toilet is fully flushing; and the bathtub retains water when we want to take a little bath. Job very well done! This company is great, reliable and they communicate well and accurately. They truly help you. Finding a trustworthy, licensed, professional, very competent plumber is more difficult than you would think, so once you find the Plumbing Dudes, your search is over! Water bill dropped right back to normal May 6, 2026

Water bill jumped by almost sixty bucks in a single month. Pretty sure it was a slab leak. Team came out, ran their leak detection equipment, and pinpointed it under the slab near the kitchen wall. Walked me through the two options, doing a spot repair through the slab versus rerouting the line through the attic, and explained the cost difference for both without trying to push me toward the more expensive one. We went with the reroute. Job took a day and a half. Water bill dropped right back to normal the next month and that’s why I’m writing this review, great work!

No more smell, no more wet spot, no regrets May 5, 2026

We had a sewage smell in the backyard that we ignored way too long. By the time we called Plumbing Dudes, there was an actual wet spot in the grass. They camera scoped it, found a collapsed section about 20 feet from the house, and gave us a written estimate within an hour. The whole replacement took a day and a half. Two guys, both polite, both clearly knew what they were doing. They even reseeded the grass over where they had to dig. No more smell, no more wet spot, no regrets.

The laundry was backing up into the garage every time we ran a full load. Tried a couple over-the-counter products and a basic snake job from another company before someone told me to just call Plumbing Dudes. They ran a camera first, which I appreciated because I didn't want to pay for something that wasn't going to work. He found a serious lint and soap buildup deep in the line. Hydrojetted it that same visit. The garage has been dry through about fifty loads of laundry since. Very fair price for the work.

The sewer under our driveway to the city hookup was damaged and root infested. Plumbing Dudes came out to water jet the roots, but video showed that some of the sewer had collapsed. We decided to replace the old sewer with a new one using the trenchless method. The team was super professional. A job that was supposed to take three days only took two and the finished results were excellent and the price was reasonable. The concrete patch they did on my driveway did a perfect match for texture and the seam is almost invisible. You expect a plumber to know plumbing, but the concrete work was a major added bonus.

Recommended hydrojetting and explained why it made more sense for what we had going on. They flushed everything out and the difference was immediate. Not sure why I haven't left a review before as I always use Plumbing Dudes for all my plumbing needs. I have a rental condo and the water heater needed replacing. After calling, Plumbing Dudes was able to get someone on site in 20 minutes. The water heater was replaced about 3 hours later. Needless to say, my renters were very impressed. I have also used them for my residence. From clearing clogged kitchen sinks to replacing seals on toilets, they do it all. Friendly, honest pricing and great customer service. I will continue to use them and without a doubt refer them to all family and friends.
