I usually expect a bit of a runaround when calling for a plumber, but the person I reached on the phone was actually very straightforward and easy to deal with. I explained that my kitchen sink was acting up, and she didn't try to give me a vague four-hour window or put me on hold forever. She managed to coordinate a tech to come out the same day, which was a huge help since I had a house full of people coming over later. It is nice to deal with a front office that stays organized and follows through on the timing they promised.

I called Plumbing Dudes a few weeks ago when I got in over my head with a faucet replacement. Justin arrived and had the faucet installed in no time at all. Since the service was excellent and the price fair, I called again this week. This time it was a hodgepodge of projects - toilet issues, a tub/shower installation and a sink situation. Justin was back along with Sal and once again they were efficient, professional and friendly. Great customer service and good problem solving. I would highly recommend!

I’ve used Plumbing Dudes for 4 years for an apartment building, 2 duplexes, and also for my personal home. It’s never good when you have to call a plumber, but Plumbing Dudes makes it as painless as possible. There is always someone available to take my call and schedule me quickly. I’m always informed of the time frame and given an estimate when it’s work that I’m not familiar with. Arman, the owner, always makes certain that I fully understand the scope and provides alternatives whenever possible. The cost is reasonable. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. When dealing with multiple tenants, it’s important for me to have someone reliable, honest, and immediate. That’s Plumbing Dudes for me. Plumbing Dudes did a full re-pipe of my house, installed a tankless water heater, and put in three new toilets—all without a hitch. They’re extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and very clean with their work, which made a huge difference throughout the whole project. What really stood out to me was Arman’s dedication. I had an issue with knocking in the pipes, and he didn’t just brush it off—he kept coming back, troubleshooting it through trial and error, until he figured it out. That kind of post-install support is rare and something I really appreciated. From the first call to the Plumbing Dudes, we felt like we were in professional, respectful hands. Spoke with Armen on a Monday morning, and he was able to send a tech to us later that afternoon. Jimmy arrived on time (even a few minutes early!) and gave us a thorough estimate and timeline for the work to be done. He returned, as scheduled, a couple of days later and did great work with a great attitude and excellent, friendly communication skills. He said if anything wasn't quite working right over the next few days once we got to use the sinks again (i.e., if a sneaky leak returned) to give them a call back so they could reassess. We called them a few days later about something that needed to be reassessed, and Anna, who manages the calls, was outstanding and awesome. She listened, she offered solutions, and she immediately got back to us with a very accurate ETA for the tech who needed to come back. Saul arrived on time, reassessed the issue, and fixed it all very nicely and completely. In summary: kitchen faucet is new and no longer leaking; bathroom sink drains well!!!; toilet is fully flushing; and the bathtub retains water when we want to take a little bath. Job very well done! This company is great, reliable and they communicate well and accurately. They truly help you. Not sure why I haven't left a review before as I always use Plumbing Dudes for all my plumbing needs. I have a rental condo and the water heater needed replacing. After calling, Plumbing Dudes was able to get someone on site in 20 minutes. The water heater was replaced about 3 hours later. Needless to say, my renters were very impressed. I have also used them for my residence. From clearing clogged kitchen sinks to replacing seals on toilets, they do it all. Friendly, honest pricing and great customer service. I will continue to use them and without a doubt refer them to all family and friends.

Had It All Running Perfect in Under an Hour Apr 16, 2026

We kept getting low water pressure in our upstairs bathroom, and it was getting worse over time. I got tired of it, and lol fam told me to stop messing with it and just call someone. Arman came out the next day and figured out pretty quickly that the shut-off valve under the sink was partially closed and the aerator was completely clogged with buildup. He cleaned everything out, checked the pressure at a few other fixtures while he was here, and had it all running perfect in under an hour. Arman was easy to talk to and didn't make me feel dumb for not catching it myself. Fair price too. We'll be calling him for anything else that comes up.

Water Flew Down the Drain Like Brand New Apr 16, 2026

Both sides of our kitchen sink in our Northridge house had been draining slower and slower to the point where we were standing there waiting five minutes for the water to go down after doing dishes. We tried the store-bought stuff and it barely made a difference. Called these guys and the plumber came out the same week. He snaked both lines and said there was a ton of grease and buildup packed in there that had been collecting for a long time. Once he cleared it out the water just flew down the drain like it was brand new. He also told us to run hot water for a minute after using the disposal to keep things from building up again, which was a good tip nobody ever told us before. Really happy with how it turned out and glad we finally have a kitchen drain that actually works. If you're in Northridge and need your drains cleaned these are the people to call.

Kitchen sink totally stopped draining Apr 14, 2026

Kitchen sink decided to totally stop draining right in the middle of meal prepping for the week, and it was literally the grossest thing ever. I called around Encino, and luckily Arman was able to swing by and handle the snaking before the smell got way too weird. He found a massive clump of hair and grease that was blocking everything up and had it cleared out in like twenty minutes tops. Now everything is flowing perfectly, and I can finally finish my dishes without the water backing up into the basin.

Our bathroom had needed a remodel for years, and we kept putting it off because we had heard so many horror stories. Oliver was referred to us by a friend, and from the first visit, he just felt different than the other guys we had talked to. I had a toilet with a leaky old shut-off valve, a leaky fill valve, and a leaky flush valve. I tried to fix it with less than satisfactory results. Ultimately I had to shut down the water main... Without fuss and muss he fixed the shut-off valve, replaced the fill valve, and put a new flap for the flush valve and...now it's good as new!

The sump pump in our backyard stopped working late in the day on Saturday, so I needed a plumber in Sherman Oaks FAST. This team was one of the first to respond and was at my house early the next morning. We had plans for a backyard gathering, so time was of the essence! The tech spent over an hour at our house, first diagnosing the issue and then eventually getting the sump working again. He said the underlying issue might be bigger; the pump was ultimately installed poorly and undersized for our set up. We are very happy with their work and appreciate his honesty. Also, he's very, very fair on price.
